«In the eyes of most people, a yogi is someone who has developed their body’s abilities to an incredible degree: they can lie on nails, walk on fire, or sit in a lotus position. But the essence of yoga is its spiritual aspect. The principle of Unity!
Therefore the first step is to break the false misconseptions people have about yoga.
Yoga is the direct path to the Higher. I declare this with full awareness and understanding of responsibility. Yoga is a reunion with the Supreme! It is the shortest and most direct way to self-realisation. Yoga is not a religion. It is a science in which the Highest Knowledge, from which various systems and directions have emerged, is revealed.”

Kriya is a physical, scientific, and spiritual method through which the development of the body, mind, and soul is accelerated, and self-realisation is achived.
Kriya yoga teaches us how, by controlling the breath, to calm the mind and achieve higher states of consciousness, , and you can gaze into the face of your Higher Self.Through this practice, intuition is effortlessly awakened.
In the Kriya practice, by energising every cell, focusing on special centers with concentration on the medulla oblongata, we awaken neurons and parts of the brain. We become capable of receiving and assimilating more energy-information, Higher knowledge beyond ordinary understanding.
Any person who knows nothing about Kriya but truly wants to practice, who wants to do something for their life, for themselves, and for others, can simply begin the practice.
Physical fitness is not important. The science of Kriya transforms the body and makes a person more prepared. Kriya is not Hatha Yoga; there are no complex poses, and sitting in a lotus position, half-lotus, or cross-legged is not necessary. What’s important is that your spine is straight, meaning you can sit on a chair or a small cushion that allows you to keep your spine straight. This is enough to start. All realization happens in the spine, in the brain and spinal cord.
To practice Kriya, it is not necessary to abandon social life and retreat to the mountains.
The true practice of Kriya looks like this: we practice Kriya to awaken what we truly are, gradually and quite quickly. We do not move from point A to point B, but rather we grasp the entire alphabet at once. In other words, everything is already embedded within us from Above…
