You will study the basic techniques and principles of Kriya — the keys to meditation:
- Seated energisation
- 42 Kriyas — standing energising exercises
- Meditation on Breath, Sound, and Light
These practices help bring attention back to the body, the breath, and one’s inner state, preserve energy, and prepare the mind for meditation.
Day TwoTransmission of progressive techniques and ancient knowledge:
- Maha Mudra
- Guru Pranam
- Jyoti Mudra
- Paravastha
- The theory of the Vessel of Transcendental Power
This knowledge has the capacity to transform one's relationship with oneself and the body, offering a new way of seeing and expanding perception.
