Daily schedule at the retreat
Joint practice is an opportunity for detailed study of techniques learned at the seminar, to deepen your understanding of the scientific method of meditation and concentration, and to gain valuable personal experience.

During daily practice with Imram and Khadija, participants perform 42 Kriyas (energising exercises to improve the physical state of the body and free the mind from negative patterns), as well as basic and advanced meditative techniques. As a result, you will clarify for yourself the subtleties of performing these techniques and incorporate regular practice into your daily routine.
  • Our day begins with a morning practice session – 2.5 hours.
  • After lunch, the second session with the Master – 2 hours.
  • In the evening, after dinner, we gather together for satsang – 2 hours.

Satsangs are a unique opportunity to meet Imram, to ask exercising issues and to communicate. To hear Imram's advice in a warm and cordial atmosphere. It helps to deal with situations that arise, to gain clarity, the right understanding and attitude to life.

What is the difference between a retreat and a seminar?
The seminar is a 2-day training focused on the principles and techniques of Kriya, during which you will learn a structured 6-step system for regular practice.

The retreat is a continuation of this learning — a deeper immersion into the practice, reinforcement, and refinement of the techniques previously received. This is why prior participation in the seminar is required. The retreat offers participants intensive group practice with Imram, as well as dedicated sessions where they will have the opportunity to ask arising questions.
✨ If you feel that your personal practice has reached its limits, it may be time to deepen your understanding in the field of a Master.
✨ Subtle yet significant shifts happen when we practice within a collective field. At a retreat, this happens every day.
✨ If you have questions, a retreat is an opportunity to ask them directly to the Master.
✨ In practice, quality matters more than quantity. A retreat allows you to check the accuracy of your techniques and feel the nuances that may be missing in your personal practice.
✨ The intensity of a retreat is the gradual assimilation of a greater amount of energy under the Master’s guidance.

Some states cannot be described. But once you experience them, you will never forget, and you will know exactly what to strive for.

A retreat is a period when the structure of our attention changes,

allowing the efforts we normally make to show clearer, more tangible results

"The most important thing a person can take away from the practice is a sense of self-respect and the understanding that they are no longer the same as when they arrived. Strength arises, mental insights, nourishment for the mind, deeper understanding of oneself and one’s path. But most importantly – feelings of joy and inner silence appear…"
